The three most frequently used management information systems that are developed and used to help the business that I will be established in to help achieve their goals and objectives in my future career are Microsoft excel, word and some sort pos system that would help enable me to have a better understanding and communication with a client. These MIS's are absolute essential and crucial to the accomplishment of the business' goals. With excel I am capable of illustrating to a client several tendencies in the market and help them analyze certain data to affirm them in ultimately making a quality financial decision to better their future. Word would allow me to make quality written reports and financial statements on a daily basis that would prevent and avoid me being misunderstood by a client or any other financial institution for that matter. A pos system could be used and developed for the sole purposes of organizing and classifying information on a computer containing a large database some where. This system within a system is made completely and solely to benefit the client, whether it being a small business or an individual. The main objective is to serve the public effectively and efficiently but at the same time maximizing our full potential resulting in our highest productivity possible.
A typical day in my life would use a decent amount of information systems. I would use them at home, school and work. In my humble abode, I would continuously use my cell phone which would itself be the hardware. The software in the phone would be the down loadable application or my service provider. The data would be the message I would be trying to convey. Every time when I would decide to send a message, I would always follow a procedure in order to distribute the data. Lastly but not least I can not forget who is involved in this whole process, me and the people that I communicate with. At school I am frequently on a computer, like at this very moment in time. Using many applications that assist me, I write various reports in a manner that is according to a rubric which meets a certain criteria that helps me be completely understood between me and the professor. At work I am constantly rotating between the cashiers' position and the production line. But when on till, employees use a certain pos system that is provided and we are able to look at our productivity through graphs and tables through that system. Of course we always have to act accordingly to a certain procedure just so that the people we serve, they can benefit from.
The most latest business process I have to admit that I have participated in has to be with TD bank. I recently submitted my resume with them and was currently awaiting a response. Some might think how can applying to a bank resemble the four main components of a business process. It is in the matter of how the interview which can be labeled as an activity takes place. With this activity or interview which any respectable business establishment partakes in,-very important information arises in making a quality decision for the company or firm. A well thought-out decision is made in order to transform this recent input and produce an output which would be a hire. A few days ago I received a call from there head office and they decided they would interview me on the phone. While involved in this interview I was completely aware that my interviewer had a guideline or even a resource to read from. She asked me pre-set questions that would give her the appropriate information from this activity to produce a quality decision. While concluding the interview she mentioned if I was able to take part of a week-long training session at there downtown training and development facility. This valuable facility enhances the skills of new hires and their current employees to perform at their finest for a high productive enviroment.

There are many influential people around today but there are only few that I look up to and consider as role models. First and foremost, it is completely necessary to mention my father. Reverand Abel Casillas is a kind, gentle, humble man who has completely lived a life of faith in God. He is very honest individual that came to this country with almost nothing. Another person whom I admire is someone whom my father sees as a mentor. He is Apostle Guillermo Maldonado who pastors a church in Miami, Florida of about over 10,000 members. He is a person committed to God and serving and helping people. A more business based leader who I admire was Conrad Hilton. A great American businessman who was a philanthropist and the founder of one of the largest hotel chains in the entire world-Hilton Hotels. I also kept Norman Vincent Peale in high esteem who was a self help author and perfectly explained how profound the impact and power of positive thinking can be. A political leader whom I look up to for keeping her cool in any situation that comes her way is Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin. Even when in defeat she is still gracious and maintains her honor. Augustine Mandino was another person who I have great respect for because he could even sell his socks off, literally!
For being a young man at my age my personal goals are quite ambitious. I intend to attain and accomplish all that I set in front of me before I die and I am most confident in my God given abilities and in Him to do so. First and foremost, I would like to do my Heavenly Father's will before mine. That is what matters to me most before any of my desires are met. Sequentially, my career comes second. Having a stable position at an established financial institution is a goal that I will achieve. Being a consultant and/or financial advisor that helps people will be a reality in the near future. Also I would like to have an extensive and diverse portfolio in stocks with companies in different industries, shares in firms that are central in other countries, bonds and GIC's with our government and a RRSP established in the near future. I would also like to venture into modeling at one point in my life with aspirations in becoming an actor in one or two films perhaps. But the main goal is to become famous. I would also like to be a spiritual leader in the community to whom men, women and children of all ages can look up to as an example and an appropriate rolemodel for society in general today. I would like to be in the business of helping people change their lives in becoming a minister and assisting people with their knowledge about life after death and having harmony with their soul, body and spirit.

My records of employment are vast and ample. I have held many positions at various businesses and in different industries. I began working- which some consider to be at a very young age- at 14. During summer breaks while attending high school I became involved with my Uncle's company being a receptionist or a male secretary that produced automotive components. Subsequently, I worked for a catering company that my friends' parents' owned. While finishing my high school career, my services were used at a talent agency. Although I completed my co-operative education there as an office administrator, I also was elected to be part of television and movie productions as a background performer. As well as being an extra, I volunteered at the children's summer school at the temple with the church I congregated with. After high school I decided to go into construction and manufacturing of windows. I was employed by the third largest producer of windows and doors in the entire world. After a couple of years in the assembling industry I decided to enter in the foods and service industry. I began bar tending at a local restaurant after moving to the city of Mississauga. I would later manage that very restaurant I was bar tending at. At the same time, since being a quite ambitious fellow, I became a barista at a local coffee shop. Currently, I have remained with my position as a barista and decided to leave my managerial position in hopes to have a career in the financial sector. I am currently studying adminstrative business finance at Sheridan College.
