Adriel David Casillas-

"In order to see it, you must believe it first because seeing it is the reward of your faith."

Future Leader and Financial professional

Adriel David Casillas was born in Toronto, Canada in 1985. He is a first-generation Canadian born to Puerto Rican parents that came to the country in 1984. A blue-collared young man, he was always raised with high morals and values, to respect everyone with in high regard even when being discriminated racially at a very young age but mainly, had a very happy and normal childhood like any other kid. He always has seemingly rised up to the occasion whatever situation or circumstance he may be facing when called upon. This is very true especially when pertaining to his youth. In adolescence he was a troubled youth growing up in the rough neighbourhood of Jane and Finch and took the uneducated decision of experimenting with the wrong crowd. He got involved with a lot drugs and gangs and remained in that twisted-surreality until his early twenties. At that point he had a divine intervention that marked his life forever making him never the same again. Now free from all addictions, he resides with his family in Mississauga and is an outstanding rolemodel and example to his community of what faith in something greater than yourself can do!

My records of employment are vast and ample. I have held many positions at various businesses and in different industries. I began working- which some consider to be at a very young age- at 14. During summer breaks while attending high school I became involved with my Uncle's company being a receptionist or a male secretary that produced automotive components. Subsequently, I worked for a catering company that my friends' parents' owned. While finishing my high school career, my services were used at a talent agency. Although I completed my co-operative education there as an office administrator, I also was elected to be part of television and movie productions as a background performer. As well as being an extra, I volunteered at the children's summer school at the temple with the church I congregated with. After high school I decided to go into construction and manufacturing of windows. I was employed by the third largest producer of windows and doors in the entire world. After a couple of years in the assembling industry I decided to enter in the foods and service industry. I began bar tending at a local restaurant after moving to the city of Mississauga. I would later manage that very restaurant I was bar tending at. At the same time, since being a quite ambitious fellow, I became a barista at a local coffee shop. Currently, I have remained with my position as a barista and decided to leave my managerial position in hopes to have a career in the financial sector. I am currently studying adminstrative business finance at Sheridan College.
